Intermediate Programmer / Developer Job Posting

Specifically, a talented Intermediate Level Programmer / Developer for fantastic opportunities in our growing company. You will help program reusable systems in C#, help design and develop applications and coordinate with the team working on the different layers of the infrastructure.

Mandatory Qualifications:

  • Intermediate Level Programmer with a high amount of experience in C#.
  • Experience developing in the Unity 5 Game Engine, Unreal Engine or a relevant, current, game engine.
  • Firm understanding of Object Oriented Programming and MVC patterns.
  • Proven and collaborative problem solving techniques and solutions.
  • Ability to translate designs and storyboards into functional applications.
  • Ability to design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable C# code, including properly commented and explainable code.

  • Reviews requirements with the team leads on a consistent basis and shows completed objectives in required time frames.
  • Identify bugs and roadblocks with the ability to devise solutions to these problems.
  • Can work in a team or on their own, depending on current project requirements.
  • Able to track time efficiently and report time using company provided tracking tools.
  • Experience with version control systems such as Plastic, Git, Perforce, etc.
  • Ability to keep projects and clients confidential.
  • An overall commitment to a quality product.
  • College or University degree in a related field.

Bonus Qualifications:

  • Experience with front end web development.
  • Experience with 3D modeling software such as Maya or 3DS Max.
  • Experience with Photoshop.
  • Experience with database development.
  • Experience with Quality Assurance standards and practices as it relates to this field.
  • Experience with Custom Shader programming.

Environment Artist

As an Environment Artist, you will be responsible for modelling, texturing, and preparing realistic 3D scenes. Ideal candidates should possess the following:

  • Strong team spirit and communication skills
  • Understanding of color theory and composition
  • Strong hard surface modelling skills in 3d Studio Max
  • Photo-sourced and hand painted texturing using Photoshop
  • Strong understanding of proportion and space
  • Ability to model following schematics and architectural drawings

 

  • Unity3D experience is a plus
  • ZBrush sculpting experience is a plus
 

Unity Developer

As a Unity Developer, you will be responsible for programming interactive functionality, as well as assembling 3D scenes, within the Unity3D engine. Ideal candidates should possess the following:

  • Strong team spirit and communication skills
  • Strong problem solving ability
  • Experience working within the Unity3D engine
  • Ability to program interactive functionality in C#
  • Strong understanding of Object-Oriented programming
  • Experience with MySql and XML

 

  • Mobile development experience is a plus
  • HLSL/GLSL shader coding is a plus
  • Linear algebra and geometry knowledge is a plus
  • Understanding of color theory and composition is a plus
  

Graphic/UI Designer

As a Graphic/UI Designer, you will be responsible for creating enticing graphics and marketing material to represent our brand, as well as designing user-friendly UIs to be used within Unity3D. Ideal candidates should possess the following:

  • Strong team spirit and communication skills
  • Ability to brainstorm and create engaging marketing material
  • Strong foundations in Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects
  • Understanding of both print-media and digital platforms as marketing tools
  • Ability to design intuitive UIs that engage users and make use of 3D space

 

  • Unity3D experience is a plus
  • InDesign experience is a plus
